I. Cancellation Terms

The purchaser may cancel an acceptance within 14 days by letter or e-mail or by returning the painting.

The time limit begins from the date the painting is received by the purchaser and the purchaser has been informed regarding

the cancellation terms by letter or e-mail.

The time limit is satisfied where the purchaser can show that a cancellation notice

or the painting has been dispatched to the vendor within the time allowed.

II. Consequences of cancellation

In the event of correct cancellation the relevant paintings shall be returned to the vendor. If the purchaser cannot return the goods complete

and in perfect condition, he shall compensate the vendor for the loss or damage incurred.

Returned goods shall be properly packaged.
On receipt of the relevant paintings the vendor shall return the purchase price and the initial postage costs to the purchaser.
